I start giving this to my dogs every spring. It significantly reduces the amount of grass the graze.

I have no idea what's in this product. But my 4 dogs (2 picky eaters) just gobble it up. 2 were eating grass and 1 was eating turds. Now i don't have a problem with either.The dogs seam more happy with lots of energy. One dog is very old and the vet said we may have to put it down soon. But his last check. Went perfect.

They eat it just fine so I'm assuming they like it. I have noticed a difference in their breath after I put them on it much better. As for any other health benefits I don't know, nothing I can see right off but not sure what's going on in the inside, between high quality food and the dog barley they are not itching, their coats are smooth and shiny and like I said before their breath smells better.

I bought this product because my dog had hemangioma sarcoma and the surgeon told me that he has known people who use this as a supplement after surgery have had good results using this instead of chemotherapy. It is to early to tell but I give to all 3 dogs and they love it!! I sprinkle over their dry food and add some water to make a “gravy” for them!! It has to be full of antioxidants so it can only be good!!

I bought this based on a dog trainer tip for dogs who eat grass. This seems to work for my Dobermans but I bought it late this year and grass or weeds in our property have been eliminated. So I will have to wait and see next year if they devour grass or not. I can say my youngest one, just sniffs the grass and doesn't munch on it. We live in arid desert so they don't get to have lush lawns like residential properties, but when they do get to play in grassy areas such as dog training, they don't go and eat the grass since using Barley Dog. So I give it 5 stars. I believe this is safe for dogs instead of the barbs from grass that upsets stomachs in dogs. I had to take my female to vet after she ingested a lot of grass/weeds to get her to barf it up, and that she did. Since then I am hoping Barley Dog prevents incidents like that from happening again.

Purchased this because the vet said my dog would stop eating grass, rocks and dirt if he was fed this. He loves the taste ... but it did nothing to stop him from eating the entire outside. Probably wont buy again... because honestly i have really no clue what it does.

Recommended by a Westie rescue group as part of their recommended diet. I started my dog out on 1/8 tsp and while I think he mostly ignored the addition to his breakfast, 1/4 tsp he would not tolerate! So I went back to 1/8 tsp but the jig was up. So I threw it out. Poorer, but wiser. If you have a dog who is picky AT ALL, proceed with caution.

Aloha. My gang no longer pull up the grass. Took about six weeks to completely stop their eating the grass. My lawn was getting destroyed with dirt patches everywhere. I'm on my third purchase of Barley Dog sprinkling it over there two meals a day. Love the results. Gang loves the taste.
