UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW:I notified the seller who responded very quickly. After a few questions were answered, they determined it was the adapter and sent new one at no charge. That fixed the Minions!Extremely happy with the item and the customer serviceWe opened the box yesterday ( bought in October) to set up our Christmas display. It went together easily and inflated with no trouble. We had it on for about four hours. The next afternoon we turned it on again and nothing. We looked up and followed the. troubleshooting instructions. There’s no sound from the motor and no indication it’s working. Tgeres no way to return it on Amazon so all I can do is call Gemmy and hope for the best. My husband has wanted this since 2022 so I’m buying another and keeping my fingers crossed Gemmy refunds me.

Gemmy has by far the best quality in inflatables! They are more expensive and quite honestly they’re asking too much for them. I would buy more of this brand because it is my favorite brand and I have bought many many of their inflatables over the years. I have never had one issue or had to return an inflatable from this brand.I always put out no less than 15 inflatables for the holidays and when I do an all minion theme it’s always everybody’s favorite! These little guys are very nice. I was a little concerned because they didn’t come with tie down loops, but they didn’t need it I just added a few smooth rocks into the sled by unzipping the zipper and carefully placing them in that really helped and quite frankly I liked that it didn’t have the ropes. The rocks did the job and it just looked more authentic. That way I have them sledding down a small hill that I have that faces the side of my house everybody’s commented on them keep making minions. We all love them. But please don’t make them so expensive.

Worked for about a week. Fan doesn’t work anymore! Very disappointed!! Doubt I’ll buy anymore of these. They just don’t work long enough!!

As member of Lions we put on a Christmas weekend clebration for community and one of things I am in charge of its finding and putting up our blow ups each year, This one was very popular with the kids, Unfortunately we had some vandalism one night an 6 of our blow ups were either stolen or cut up.in 15 years of doing this Never before had a problem.

I have 3 Minions inflatables, other 2 are great this one isn't stable at all. Constantly found lying on its side. Needs attachments for ropes and stakes on either side, not just front and back.

Good item, LEDs only lasted 1 year, had to replace them. Common on newer inflatables

Wife loves it, let it run 24/7 for a month no issues

Very easy to set up. I purchased larger stakes to better secure it to the ground because the pins included were to small to stay in the ground during a wind storm.
