IT JUST WORKS!
I was told it would take about 5 months to see results. Spot on! For no apparent reason I had developed a deep 'V' shaped notch in the nail of one of my primary metatarsals (big toe)- very unsightly. Also, many other problems with nails on both hands - nails dividing so that the top layer split off, general splitting and weakness etc. This has all disappeared in the time specified. I have also noticed a difference in my skin, which is not as dry as it was previously. Based on these observations, I can well imagine the product is also working beneficially on my bones too! Highly recommended. A tip: the liquid is much cheaper than buying the capsules and if taken in a little fruit juice cannot really be tasted.

Very fair price for this quality product, however wasn’t clear it came from the USA so took a while AND Post Office + duty added £16!Don’t bother, buy from U.K. or EU

As a personal trainer I reccomend this product to many of clients. One of the few backed by science. My hair is thicker, skin softer and knee functions better.

I've been taking Biosil for a month and a half ...
I've been taking Biosil for a month and a half to try and counteract some of the effects of fibromyalgia. It's early days but the soreness of my joints and tendons seems to have reduced - and my joints aren't clicking half as much as they used to. It incidentally does seem to be improving the growth of my hair & nails. Worth a try and I will be re-ordering to see if these improvements continue.
