Perfect mirrors for schools and small hands to use
These mirrors are very sturdy. Their quite thick which is good. I purchased these for a nursery school. The corners needed rounding off as they were sharp but I put these in rubber frames for the children to be able to handle them safely.

Good
Good for school use as well as for crafts. Quite easy to cut and change shape. Easily develops scratches so it depends what you need it - one off or frequent use.

Amazing mirrors - just like glass. Excellent for kids
We have been doing symmetry with my kid and bought these plastic mirror boards (very stiff too) having been very disappointed with the mirror cards we got in the craft shop. These are excellent, like glass. Safe to use too for kids. Maybe not cheap but worth it.

Easy to cut.
They are really easy to cut and shape, great for small frames and Christmas decorations.

Be VERY careful removing protective layer - adhesive comes off, leaving "patches"
Was surprised at how hard it was to remove the protective layer without either a) leaving smudge marks all over the mirror or b) leaving chunks of the sticky white adhesive on the mirror! I think a slightly less strong adhesive would would go a long way to making this far more 'kid friendly'.Note: don't try to clean the mirrors with tissue as they just stick to the little bits of adhesive left behind and make a massive mess. Using a wet wipe is even worse - the silvered mirror surface starts to dissolve off!In the end I managed 3 'reasonably' usable mirrors out of 4 attempts to peel the protective layer off. Good thing my 11 year old came to me for help or he'd still be destroying the mirrors while trying to take the protective layer off!

Would highly recommend
Really brilliant mirrors. They are just as clear as any mirror you see on a wall and are pleasingly sturdy. However, still easy to cut to size as necessary with scissors. Perfect for all kinds of children's science experiments.

People are peeling the wrong side off!
People writing the reviews here have attempted to peel the white film from the mirrors. This is wrong! Leave the white film in place - it's not easily removable and all you'll do is spoil the mirror by removing it.Remove the clear protective film on the other side. The mirrors are not self-adhesive - use double-sided sticky tape or similar if you want to fasten them to a hard surface. The plastic is slightly flexible, so if you stick them to an uneven surface they distort and provide a 'wonky' reflection. But if you stick them to a smooth flat surface then they're very good optically flat mirrors - better than many glass ones.

Perfect for lessons
Bought to do science experiments with lights and art lessons with lines of symmetry. If you just take the thin film off the front these mirrors are perfect.Do not try and remove the white backing sheet, that isn't meant to be removed. These are not adhesive mirrors.
