I liked this.I got it here at a good price, it arrived really quickly, and it worked as intended.However, I learned this, which I want to flag to others:****This product WILL cause you rebound congestion after 1-3 days of use.In other words, if you weren't blowing your nose to begin with, you certainly will start to. And non-stop, like you've come down with a large dose of the cold.Its documented well. The active ingredient here does this.I didn't know and thought Id had the bad luck to catch a cold on top of the sinusitis already there.Once I researched the active ingredient, and discovered this side effect, I stopped using the product, and the apparent cold was gone the next day, as suddenly as it had arrived.The point of this product is to give you quick relief. It words faster than other methods. But it can only work like that for a day or so.That has its uses. Forinstance, if you want to be ok for a day-long event, or appointment.But just be warned that if you use if for a few days, you will develop a lot of congestion, like a big head cold, and be blowing your nose non-stop.Hope that helps someone!

For any allergen related hayfever or general head cold, a single spray into each nostril will clear head for at least 4 to 8 hours depending on the severity of your nasal blockage. The only detrimental effect iis that if used for more than about 14 days, it will have the opposite effect and cause your nasal passages to be irritated. (The bottle states no more than 5 days) but if used only once in the day and once at night, i have stretched this to 14 days and no adverse effects. The one called Vicks Soother is an alternative but could not locate it for sale on Amazon. Bottom line is, if you want clear nasal passages, use this. Other brands for me anyway are just not as effective. When buying 3 at a time, you stand to make a decent saving over high street prices, especially if you have Amazon Prime. The product is very easy to use. Keep head upright, and spray in. and by doing so, no after taste in throat with one or at most 2 sprays.

Cleared my blocked nose fast. My son advised me to get some of this spray as I've been struggling to breath in bed at night with my current cold. He's been using it for years and swears by it, he always has some in, but it's not hygienic to share, so I had to get my own.My son keeps it by his bed, he uses it before going to sleep and then again whenever he wakes up stuffed up, so that's what I'm going to do, too. He says that a bottle lasts for a long time, and I don't think that it's particularly expensive, either, so good value to just have in, we both think.

Sinex nasal spray is brilliant. It completely unblocks my in less than a minute. Sometimes when it's really bad it might take a little longer, but it still completely unblocks it for quite a long time. I would definitely recommend!!
