It gives a cool sensation made my face so soft and yes dewy w that hydrated feeling.Its a sheer sheer shimmer w/a light pinkishI really like it a lot,now this I had to buy because the brand denied a colaboration they said they aren’t giving out samples anymore for this product & I really wanted to try itI now have this and the cooling primer on auto subscribe that says a lot I wish I had a better hope this review helps

Great choice if you like the TULA brand but want to spend less! I like it!

bought this for my mom for mother’s day and she loved it. She’s not big on the whole dewy makeup trend but this helps her get into it without having to be super oily and moist. it provides a tiny bit of shimmer and helps your skin glow. it does not smear makeup under! feels a bit gritty and i’m not sure if it’s moisturizing so that’s why i only gave 4 stars

Nice cool feeling, especially great for spring & summer.Easy to apply. Add nice shine and dewy glass skin look.FYI, Some people mentioned this product not showing color. But, this is not cheek... this is highlighter.If you are looking for more color (dewy cheek), e.l.f has liquid cheek, tube cheek and stick cheek.I like tube cheek with sponge, and stick cheek too.

Highlight doesn’t show at all, not worth the money:(

I absolutely love this highlighter. Unfortunately it is now very hard to find. I am 65 and most people think I am much younger because of the nice glow this gives. It looks very natural.

Invisible. Not just not sparkly, completely invisible. What the heck!?! There’s a stripe across my arm, can you see it?

Honestly better than expected! I put it on as a lotion/primer and it helps my makeup blend a lot smoother. It smells good as well and lasts a while!
