Rancho RS999945 RS999946 Set of 2 Leveling Suspension Kits for 2015-2017 Ford F-150

I ordered these wanting to level my truck out and add slightly bigger tires. I should have done a little more research (or just read a little more on the Rancho website). These struts raised my truck to a nose high cant. It doesn’t look terrible, but was a little higher than I wanted.My main complaint is the overly Stiff ride. Most 3/4 and even 1 tons I have driven ride softer than my F-150 does with these installed. It is dramatically stiffer than stock. I expected a slight difference in ride comfort, but I am likely going to find something a little softer to replace these Rancho struts and see how their “90-Day Free-Ride Offer” pans out.When comparing these side by side with my factory struts, they appear to be about the same overall length. The main difference I noticed is that these Rancho struts have the lower spring saddle mounted higher up the strut body. I assume this compresses the spring more and causes the stiffer ride. I’m no expert. I can just tell a drastic difference in ride comfort, on AND off road.
