The media could not be loaded. UPDATE!!! (02/07/19)Not long after I wrote the comment of the product breaking, I received a message from UPS saying to expect a package. I thought, that's strange I didn't order anything. A few hours later received a message from Amazon saying money was returned to me (from the humidifier company. I thought, wow, that's awesome. And today, I received in the mail a BRAND NEW UNIT!!! In the package was a letter apologizing for the defective item, that they refunded my money AND sent me a new one for my inconvience. HOLY COW! I completely did not expect that! I am completely blown away. Most companies don't care about customer service. Don't care that their products break. 5 stars and big kudos to this company! Thank you!!(2nd post)So I wrote my review after a few days of use, and we loved it. Then one night we go to lift it up to refill and the base broke! Water poured everywhere. Im just really disappointed that in less than a month worth of use, its broken. My son, is so sad. And as if to add insult to injury, this item is no longer available to buy a new one! Ugh! Perfect. Even at the lowest you can see a steam. It does give off a warm mist. You have to give it time to heat up. I suffer bad post nasal drip issues during the winter months so this was perfect for my bed side. And it really does help. I don’t use the oil compartment because I have cats so I’m insure how good that works. The lights on the other hand plate pretty bright, lights up my whole room. Doesn’t bother me much honesty. My cats are bit more intrigued especially when it changes colors. At the highest point it pumps a lot of mist but water will go quickly. So I usually leave it at a low medium volume and it’s enough for me. The top part moves around to direct the mist which is cool because you don’t want it too close to furniture because of moisture issues. I’ve told everyone about this humidifier and I even offer to buy them one. Price is great. But otherwise no complaints. Haven’t changed or brought a new filter yet but when I do I will update my review. Hope it helps.

I did not expect that at all. This Seller provided me with a replacement free of charge and compensation for the trouble. It's rare to find a Seller who really cares about building their brand around Quality and the lost art of true Customer Service. I am now a fan of Radha Beauty Products and will look to their store front first when shopping for beauty / personal products. It should say cool and NOT warm mist. I feel duped. It's a super quiet machine and it produces quite a lot of mist. However, not the kind of mist I need in the freezing cold winter. Cool mist is worthless in the winter time. It's only good for warm weather or warm environments. How can I return this for my money back?

The humidifier works nicely. Great fine mist. The different " night light" options are fun. I love the different mist settings...light mist to a more heavy mist. The humidifier has a small compartment for essential scented oils, which works well. Con: the warm mist setting is more like "luke warm". I was hoping for a warm and humid room, but in turn became rather chilly due to the cold wet air. I ended up turning it off in the middle of the night because it got so cold. I can feel luke warm mist, but not warm enough to stay warm when mixed with the surrounding air. Might be great on a hot dry summer night. I haven't tried it in the summer yet.

I’m really bummed because appearance wise this is what I wanted. I bought this for the warm mist feature and it doesn’t work. I live in New England and the cool mist is too much for my congested six month old in this cold. I will need to return this and buy another one that gets warm.UPDATE: Radha Beauty sent us a new product within days that works well. Their customer service is unlike any other I have experience on Amazon. Keep up the good work!

If I had written this review a month ago I would have given it five stars. I gave this to my mother as a Christmas gift and she absolutely loved the color changes and the option of adding essential oils to the indicated compartment, as well as the option of cold or warm humility and said it was impressive how much steam it created while remaining so quiet. She said it was the best humidifier she’s had. So I was very pleased that without having to spend too much money my Christmas gift was a huge success! But about six weeks after she received it at Christmas, one day it’s simply quit producing steam. She turned it off intending to go back and try to figure out the problem laterthat day. But when she returned to it that night all of the water had leaked out of the tank. She tried cleaning it to make sure there was no residue from wateror maybe some dust that somehow collected inside the tank, but each time she tried to refill it and use it it would just immediately begin leaking and it never turned on again. So needless to say despite being a huge success immediately when she received it, It turned out to be a huge disappointment, as less than two months later the unit is completely useless.
