I grabbed this for my sons to work on their footwork and general speed/agility during both sports and the off seasons.It came with everything mentioned, a review or two said it didn’t have the training card but it was there in mine. The cones are light and kind of flimsy, they can easily move or be kicked but are pretty durable since they are a flexible plastic.The rope ladder really needs to get anchored down or it will move easily when snagged. Even then the rungs will move when kids trip on them. It’s easy enough to put back but still something to remember. I do wish there were instructions on how to pack it up to avoid tangles. I know that’s going to happen a lot of my kids try to set this up and put it away.The parachute is adjustable but is really aimed for smaller individuals than I am (wanted to demo it to my kids) so it won’t fit a 36 waist. Instead I looped it over one shoulder and under my opposite arm, and that was more than fine to show them how to use it.We got the orange and it’s very bright and really pops against the dirt, grass and even asphalt.The little carrying bag, while thin is really nice to keep everything all together and ready for the next training session.

The media could not be loaded.  This is overall a nice starter set for my teenager to keep working on his agility training in the off season. I like that there is a small duffel bag to carry everything. There weren't any drill guides included as stated, which would have been nice, but there's always the internet to get the drills. All in all a nice starter starter set for the backyard to keep up drills.

I got this agility training kit for my son, and it really awesome. The quality is very good and I like that it comes with everything included (training pieces, training card, jump rope and a parachute). We keep it in the trunk and don't have to worry about everything rolling all over the place because of the bag, which fits everything nicely. We got the green color, which is very bright although not great on the grass so I do recommend selecting a brighter color (yellow or orange). The resistance bands are also great quality and well made (equivalent to what I purchased separately for myself). The parachute works extremely well and has an adjustable waist, which is a plus. The cones and ladder are both simple but work well, and the stakes do help, but the rungs can easily and unintentionally move on the ladder if pulled or tripped on. The jump rope handles are a bit larger than expected, but not an issue. I also really like that it came with training cards, since it is sometimes hard to come up with routines. Definitely worth the price!

I'm currently using this to train my 11 year old kid, and I have no complaints. Set up is easy and everything can be neatly put away when done. The included workout manual is also helpful.

Great overall construction. Resistance bands labeled so you don’t have to guess based off color or feel. Perfect for the novice or expert trying to improve athletically.

I love all of the items that this kit comes with and it's great that it comes in a bag to carry around.My yard doesn't have too much space but I was surprised at the length of the ladder.You definitely get a lot more out of it with a bigger space.I like that it collapses and you can even adjust the length of it.The jump rope has been a great addition, I was considering buying it separately but I'm glad it's in this set.I'm very interested in trying out the parachute since I've always wanted to try one but I definitely need a bigger and more open space to try it out.Overall, this is a great set and I'll be using it often.
