EXCELLENT knife all around. PERIOD.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m so frustrated seeing the ratings on a remarkable product drop due to some baseless complaints. I purchased in 2021. This knife was perfectly sharp when it arrived. I used it religiously and ABUSED it trying to put the ESEE product to the test. After nearly a month of running this thing through the wringer it had no chips in the edge and it sharpened back up with ease. I used this during a month of training in the mountains of South Korea during monsoon season. No rust. Held edge. No chips. Clip kept it confidently secured to my plate carrier running around in the woods at night, crawling through the mud, dragging across rocks, etc. I carried a Gerber fixed blade with me too and this knife at half the size performed BETTER. I’ve recommended this knife to others and nobody has any complaints, unless they lose it. Great value. Great weight. Fantastic product.

Best flipper for the money, I own many
In my estimation this is the best flipper for the money. High quality carbon steel, comparable to that of a Benchmade or a Spyderco. These really holding edge are very simple to use and are very sturdy. They thought about the design in that it has grip on the side not facing your pocket so you don't rip up your jeans taking in and out. ESSE is impeccable quality, I also own one of their Bushcraft knives. I own several SOG / Columbia River / Benchmade knives, even a couple Andre Thorburn's. This is my daily carry.

A good, if unremarkable, knife.
It's a nice knife but not amazing. The build feels too lightweight to be a serious worker next to both my $26 Buck Vantage and $100 Benchmade Griptilian. Definitely a light to medium duty knife. Fit and finish is nice but only one side having texture throws me off a little. It's a good knife, not great, but in this price range good is solid and the AUS-8A steel is better than average.

Skip Delica and Buy This!!!
This is the perfect EDC knife! It is so light, but yet I can still get all fingers on the handle. It is a little stiff opening and closing at first, but I just played with it and after opening and closing about 50 times, it started to loosen up. Now it flies out so fast that you would think it was assisted! The blade centering is perfect and lockup is wonderful. I have not adjusted the pivot screw at all and everything is just perfect. The AUS8 blade is razor sharp and holds its edge very well. If you are looking for a lightweight EDC knife at a great price, this is it! Skip the high priced Delica and buy this!

Poor Quality and Extremely Poor Customer Service
The hinge on this knife is very stiff and opening the knife is very difficult. I am not small person and have other knives. For the money better options are available. I have attempted to return this item but the Seller wants me to pay for shipping and tracking -- perhaps in the hopes that I won't return it.

Supreme value folder!
This frame lock knife has a very utilitarian blade that can take a quick and wicked edge! The profile of the folder is slim but the weight of it tends to feel a little heavy in the pocket. The pocket clip is a bit of an eye sore but is still functional. All in all, it delivers more than what it cost.

Excellent knife - big value at this price point
I've owned many knifes and several ESEE ones. Used to carry a RAT1 folder, which is considerably bigger than this. My Zancudo is now in my pocket every day. It is big enough to fit my hand, but small enough to be comfortable in a smaller hand if needed. It is light and unobtrusive and comes from the factory hair-popping sharp.
