I was taking the wrapped gummies which were hard to swallow for some reason. These are so much easier to take and they also contain the CO Q10 which was a seperate large pill that I was taking as well.

I have used this product before. I liked it then and now...always "feel" more clear headed when I use it. This product tastes good, as a gummie it is easy to swallow and I experience no side effects. I recommend this product.
