Will the ink bleed through the other side of the paper?

On the many types and kinds I have used it on, it hasn't yet.

After the black ink dries, can you write on top of it?

I have never tried it but black on black would not be good, try a white ink of some type. When i mark it out I mean for it to be secure, writing on it seems a moot point.

Does this bleed through thin papers?

After repeated passes over the same line, yes. Honestly, the ink was not dark enough and even after 2 or 3 passes, I could still clearly see the text. Now, I use bold point Marks A Lot Permanent markers or Sharpies, and they seem to work better with less passes. These still bleed through thin paper though. Paper shredders work too, if shredding is an option :)
