Tried a few turkesterone supplements and havnt noticed alot.. but this one is by far the best I've tried so far don't expect putting pounds and pounds of muscle on.... but it is a good supplement to add to your routine for that little extra push in the gym

Hard to describe, but when I've been taking these, I feel like I have more energy at the gym, drive to go, and make more progress- I don't think they're entirely necessary for me in other testosterone boosting benefits in my life, but I do notice a bit of a boost at the gym. Would do again, when I can establish a good workout routine, or to break through a plateau

I take this or the liposomal version for the improved recovery, particularly my joints feel better as a 40+ gym goer. It's a noticeable difference. I also find it improves my sleep, digestion and overall mood. Anything over two tablets I could feel increased pumps and strength, but the flipside was increased anxiety so I think two tablets per day is the sweet spot.

Gave it 5 days but can't keep taking these. The intense abdominal pain, the sulphur burps and the wind is just too much. The side effects to this are very real and I'm throwing these in the bin...Was given a full refund by Amazon - as these almost landed me in hospital...
