Love being able to keep foods hot / cold. But it’s impossible to take off the condiment part which is the white thing under the handle at the top

We ordered several of these in various colors, for gifts and self-use. The product is pretty much as advertised in size, colors, utility, etc. The carrying case is practical, and every such stackable container set should come with one. The included utensils are likewise nice to have and use. We initially used the largest/bottom-most container for hot food; with only this one example, we find that the container didn't keep the food as hot for as long as advertised. The next time, we'll try to place hot water in the container for a few minutes prior to packing it with hot food -- that might help the thermal capacity. All-in-all, though, a pretty nice kit.

I really wanted to like these and was so excited to try them out with my kids. They always struggle with the long microwave lines at the cafeteria, so I wanted to get them something to keep their lunch warm. Unfortunately they just keep things warm for a max of three hours. My daughter has lunch at 1230, and everything is pretty much cold by then. I even poured boiling water in the container to see if it would keep the food warm, but it didn't work. Very sad to be returning these.

My kids go to school from 7AM until 3:30PM and play sports after school. A little sandwich in a plastic bag was not sufficient to keep them going until we get home for dinner in the late afternoon. The pictures show two examples of all the food you can put in! From burritos, to chips, banana bread muffins, rice, meat, salad, fruit! I love that the bins are stackable. I got them in 2020 and they loved them. They come back empty! On top of that, their customer service is outstanding. I recently contacted them through email as I needed to replace some of the silicone seals. They responded to my email immediately and send me the seals super-fast. I absolutely recommend this product.
