Earthborn Elements Carrot Powder 1.5 lb, Pure & Natural, Cooking & Baking

I've spent years worrying about getting enough fresh carrots to eat to supplement my eye supplement enough to enjoy pain free computer use. I've tried the freeze dried by they were horrible so I had given up on anything but fresh carrots. This, when opened, looks like the carrots were washed clean first and the black mold areas cut off before drying. That's all I ask for and it tastes good.The wide mouth lid is a little hard to turn with my small hands, but it's a strong (thick) lid and I trust it to keep this product fresh. Very good product.

Really good product. Performs very well

I started out adding this to my smoothies, it adds fiber and vitamins, but I don't taste it, the carrot powder is naturally slightly sweet and just blended in. I could add a full scoop. Then I started adding it to mashed potatoes, soups, then I just started adding a scoop to whatever! So far I haven't found a limit point where I say, nope, carrot didn't mix well there! Just make sure you mixed the lumps out and you're good.
