Oh My God, this universal sex Brace tightened up my lower back like a wooden board. I am stiff as a board in my lower back area and it feels amazing. It feels like a 2x6 wooden board had been used as a splint. Provides relief and feels amazing.I have a plus size frame, without any shame in my game. Thin my be in, but fat is where it is at. Anyway, I ordered mine with hopes it would be large enough to fit. It does, with way too much belt left over, once fastened. I could have gotten a 2x in this Brace Brand, and it would have been absolutely perfect, for me, personally. A benefit though it that the 3x provides and allows options on how loose you want it to be, dependent upon your back discomfort on various days. So this product is fine without returning it.Nevertheless, the 2x would have been an even more perfect size, because the fastening straps could have been tightened even further before losing the velcro fasteners that secure the belt in position. The 3x velco fastener straps, for me, minimize tightening of the brace because the velcro fasteners become non existent if they are pulled to tightly, before securing it in place with the velcro fasteners. The 3x is a little too big for me personally.I would love to order this again in 2x, but I cannot find one of this Brand in a 2x size.It snaps and locks everything in my lower torso area back together again. Amazing! Humpty Dumpty found something that all the Kings Horses, and that all the Kings Men could not do to put him back together again. I love it. Thank you JESUS.

I really love this backbrace. I'm a caregiver for my grandmother and I have to life her a lot in and out of bed and chairs and cars everywhere and it is very true to its size and yes it does ride up a little but that is probably any backtrack that I've known to have but this helped my lower back pain instantly

Im around 330lbs and I ordered a 5x. better safe not sorry and it was way too big I could have done a 3x or 4 x so this does not help at all do to not enough compression so measure your waist before ordering. Hope this helps

Velcro starts to fail with continuous use.

The width of this belt is much wider than expected (and larger than the picture) and the size is not correct. We measured carefully and followed the instructions but the belt is a good 3 inches too small around the waist, even though the description says to order smaller. It IS sturdy, but it is NOT "made of soft materials" by any stretch of the imagination (no pun intended). We'll be returning it and looking elsewhere for a lumbar support belt.
