This was a good solution to putting ‘blinds’ up where we couldn’t put them, ie the back door glass. I will say that I found it fiddly to cut them out and couldn’t find a pen or pencil that showed up well to be able to mark the measurements out but that’s not the products fault. Just worth bearing in mind that it wasn’t super straightforward. The material itself is very lightweight and the materials sticky circles seem like they will be able to be used multiple times. They do completely blackout any light(as long as cut and measured well around the edges)

It does block out the light, but it's just ugly and cumbersome.Don't expect to remove/put this up daily. It uses sticky pads that are sticky on both sides, making it inconvenient and messy to remove/replace in a hurry. Because it arrives folded, it has creases everywhere. On large windows cutting it to size is a problem as trying to cut something so large accurately is not easy. I ended up cutting wonky lines on mine.

So when this arrived I didn't hold out much hope as it just looked like a sheet of material that was on its way to the bin.Initially trying to mark where you need to cut it is hard as the material moves when you're measuring it, so get someone to hold it whilst you measure then cut.I wanted this as a temporary solution to darken a room that has chirpy finches it. As beautiful as they sound 5am wake up calls are not great. Covering the cage didn't work either.But this simple black sheet did. The sticky dots are large and appear to stick well to wallpaper, the cloth goes up and down and hasn't fallen off yet.Most importantly the birds seem happy with this solution so I'd recommend it.Simple but effective.Update: so after I'd finished using the blind I attempted to take it off the wall. The sticky glue pads were so strong it pulled the plaster on my wall with it. I now have holes in my plaster. Now it might just be my walls but it's something to bare in mind if this blind is a temporary measure for youUPDATE: just a note if you do take this down and want to remove the glue patches provided they're very strong. Upon removing them from my wall the plaster came away too. This might be as i have an older house but I have no other problems with the walls. So maybe consider different attachment options if you wish to remove this at a later date.

This is superb works just as it should and cuts out even the brightest sunlight.

One of the worst things about summer is the light when trying to sleep. I have blackout Roman blinds but light still seeps in through the edges. Stuck these to the window and absolutely no light comes through! Easy to stick on as well. I cut with scissors so wasn’t the neatest but I knew id be shutting the blinds infront of them, you could use a ruler and a knife if you wanted to be neater. Comes with a handy tape measure for measuring too. Don’t know how easy they would be to take down and back up but due to the reflective side and wanting to keep the sunlight out I’ll be keeping them up until after the summer so no issue with that!
