I already knew that red light therapy helps because I have a larger back pad that has helped with pain, but it was too awkward to use on smaller areas. I got this more for my neck and knee. It is nice to be able to sit back and let it work. Its not really something that I would be able to walk around with, but its nice if you're sitting. I do feel like I am able to move my neck better after using it. It isn't a cure-all, but it does help, which I am grateful for. It is pricey, but it does help with mobility and pain to some extent, so it is worth it to me as long as it continues working. I prefer not to use medication for pain unless I absolutely have to, so I try to use alternatives like this red light or massage if it helps. It is a bit awkward to store and I have limited space so I think that and the price are the biggest downside to me, but it is still a nice product.

I've owned many red light products before and this one is by far the most bright one I've seen. It is so bright that I actually wish there were different modes so I could lower the brightness if I wanted to, but the only modes are on and pulsing on/off. I feel like this is well made, and it's definitely unique in how it folds, I've never seen one like this. I wish it could fold up for storage though, it is kind of an awkward shape to store away. The large timer piece is silver and looks high tech, it's nice to be able to visually see how much time you have left. The only functions on it are timer and pulsing or not.

Like other reviewers, I did lots of reading and research before I ordered this KTS red light panel. I wanted a device that was powerful enough to give me the potential for real improvement in my skin. This product is the real deal. When I first took it out of the box, I was impressed by the build quality. It looks like it could be used in a professional setting. It is heavy and solid. When it is running you can feel the warmth of the light on your face.I sometimes sit in bed with it and hold it in my lap while I listen to a book. The other day, when I was visiting friends, one of them told me that my skin was glowing. He actually used the word glowing and it’s funny! I can’t be sure what it’s doing, but it really makes me feel good. Love my red light panel!
