When I first started using it, I could usually feel myself getting sleepy within the hour. That effect has kind of reduced now. Not sure if my system has got familiar with it or what…anyway I’m still taking it….have been using just the one a day though since I’m just self medicating. Recommended 2 a day feels too much.

I was advised by a pharmacist that this was in her opinion the best magnesium tablet available. I have taken these for around 5 years and on a few occasions I have had a few days lapse till I bought them this was pre lock down . I was recommended this product from a qualified doctor when I became perimenopausal as I had become very constipated. One of the many symptoms during this time in a woman's life. Apparently this is due to a lack of magnesium.I have taken this product ever since which is over three years now.The tablets are easy to swallow and have no taste or residual taste.I do find them quite expensive for my budget but the alternative wouldn't be good either. I.e. not behind able to go to the toilet for days, putting on weight and getting really uncomfortable.

Brilliant! I was advised by my doctor that these would be a natural solution to my "hot flushes". I was worried about using HRT tablets. I was suffering badly especially at night. I have been taking them 1 twice a day for approximately 3 weeks now and they have stopped almost completely. I can highly recommend them for this as a natural solution.
