Diaphragm washers
My cistern was making a terrible noise when flushed I looked for a video to see if I could fix the problem myself. They said it was just the diaphragm washer looked them up and found these washers. They were so easy to change over I would recommend them it has saved me a lot of money.

These come loose in an envelope. No extra packaging, great for the environment. However it does mean you need the person filling the order to be able to count. I only received four washers. I see from the reviews this is not an isolated incident. If you need five of these, beware! Otherwise washer worked well and reduced noise from cistern.
