It's true Maynard!
Arch supports work! Who knew? Well, a lot of people. And now I'm one too. These are excellent and quite affordable ones. Over time, they have relieved much pain in hips and elsewhere. I buy new ones every so often, but they last quite a while. Ok bye.

Pronate/Stability Overview
My type of pain: inside arch and outer side of feet- I have to stop multiple times to stretch my feet & calves. I cant walk more than 1-2 miles at a time. I pronate.Purchased the 8-8.5, my shoe size is an 8.5. I didn’t have to trim any of the insole. It arrived perfect and true to size. I put them in a pair of brooks.PROs- I was able to complete 2 miles with zero stops. They do work for arch support, but I still have the outer edge pain.CONs specific to me- they did not resolve my outer foot pain. I do feel like the height of the arch pushes my foot forward into the toe box. I can feel the top edge of the insole. It isn’t the end of the world, but if I had a choice I’d choose not to feel that.Overall- I like them, they are beneficial. Worth the purchase!

Shock at quality of design, but 🥵
I have not even worn them yet, but rating 5 stars. Here's why:1. They are the exact same shape as $500 shoe inserts I got a year ago for better foot pressure distribution, due to my high arches. Thus, I can use those inserts for my gym shoes and these for my work boots.2. They fit snug inside my work boots (12-12.5M USA) to where I have to force them in a bit. Which is great, becuase that means they wont slide around.3. They are sturdy, and feel somewhat soft to the top. So, I am assuming they feel comfortable, especially since the shape is rigidly formed underneath to fit high arches perfectly. The pressure distribution helps a lot, the padding seems good but when combined with pressure pattern it becomes a whole new level of sustainable comfort.Ill update if they're not comfortable, but based on everything I've seen right out of the box – I am highly impressed.Update: Now rating 4 stars. The reason: Your feet will get hot.The first day I wore these inserts in my boots a full workday, at the end of the day I felt a lot of little rocks in my shoe. Turns out, the white lettering peeled off completely in my shoe and rolled up into little clumps of white adhesive or whatever. I shook them out of my boots after the shift. Your feet will get hot with these inserts. Breathability is pretty poor, it is so poor that it will actually somewhat cause your feet to slide around on the insert. If you have tight boots though, it's not a problem.

Great support for the price point. Lasted me about 300 miles of walking.
I've bought these six times already and they go straight into a new pair of sneakers. I just pop the factory insoles out and slide this right in with no problem at all. Very easy to put in. They look fine in the shoe.Though there are sized for 11 to 11.5 women's, they fit my Asics 10.5 women's sneakers perfectly. They don't shift around in my shoe at all.For the price point, I am shocked at how much they help my feet. I inherited flat feet and have problems with my Achilles because of the flat feet, but these help so much that I am pain free until the inserts break down. I'm replacing my current ones right now because the pain is returning and that indicates that they have broken down and it is time to replace them. That took about 300 miles of regular walking. I use a walking app and am tracking the distance I've walked in them, so I have a very good idea of how long the insole lasts. For the price point, I have no problem with replacing them every five to six months.

Effective arch support with great foot alignment and slip resistance
I bought these orthotic insoles for my daughter to help support her flat feet, and I am genuinely impressed with the results so far.First, the ease of installation was excellent — they fit right into her sneakers and casual shoes without needing any trimming or struggle. The adhesion is reliable too; they stay securely in place inside the shoe, so there’s no annoying shifting around while she walks or runs.In terms of size, foot support, these provide just the right amount of firmness and contour to correct her fallen arches. I’ve already noticed an improvement in her ankle alignment, which has made her walking posture more stable and comfortable. The thickness of the insoles is perfect — substantial enough to offer solid arch support and shock absorption, but not so thick that it makes the shoes feel tight. She says they’re comfortable to wear all day at school or during activities.Another big plus is the slip resistance. Once inside the shoe, they don’t slide at all, and her feet don’t shift around on top of them, which really helps with stability and confidence when moving.Overall, these inserts have delivered noticeable support and comfort for her flat feet, and I feel they are a great investment for anyone dealing with Plantar Fasciitis or general arch pain. Highly recommended!

Aching feet? This IS the remedy!
My sister bought Hokas and was disappointed. Her feet were hurting so bad after work. I noticed there was no arch support in her shoes and I see her arches are collapsed when she walks. I had an extra pair of these and she tried them out. The next day she was so happy her feet felt SO good, she couldn't believe it. That was a year ago and she's still wearing them. My husband tried them because he has plantar facitis. They keep his feet pain free and has bought multiple sets. Excellent product! A++++
