Does the cover shed when washed?

I was wondering the same went to purchase it, it doesn’t seem to shed at all when I wash it.

I am a hot sleeper. Has anyone noticed that this pillow makes you too hot at night? Is the pillow breathable?

I noticed the fluffy case gets hot quickly and the smooth case starts out nice and cold but eventually gets warm. But a lot more slowly than the fluffy type.

Is this just a pillow case?

No. It is a body pillow with removable cover. Very nice. Granddaughter loves it.
