This is the complete package to use for gift packaging. Comes with tissue paper, the bag itself, and a card you can fill out and personalize. I put my young granddaughter's present in it and it was perfect. Highly recommend for a small to mid-size gift.

Smaller than expected, but decent overall
Smaller than I expected, and the card did not come with the stationary card holder that I expected it to - it literally just comes with a blank happy birthday card that matches the design on the bag. That said, i managed to make it work and it was decent overall for the price. It also came with tissue paper which was also a plus.
