I was constantly getting ads for this sharpener, so I decided to try it. I made the purchase awhile ago and I have to say that the sharpener was easy to use and did a great job sharpening. Unfortunately it quit rolling after a few months. It wasn't a gradual increase in resistance, it just stopped one day. Months went by while I sharpened my knives by hand until one day I got another ad on Facebook. I made a comment on the post about my issue and immediately Tumbler's customer service reached out to me. They also reached out to me on Amazon, where I made the purchase. They asked for a video of the issue and offered an immediate replacement. I am excited to get my sharpener back.The experience with Tumbler has been great and they really stand behind their product. The sharpener works great and it is a purchase that I am definitely glad that I made. 10/10 to Tumbler customer service and 10/10 for the product.

Great product. Does everything as advertised My dad taught me how to sharpen a knife but that’s time consuming. This is fast and easy . Holds it at right angle and roll it sharp . Great product. Made well also

Overall the Tumbler works really well across all of my Japanese knives. It is a bit clunky with the smaller blades on the steak and pairing knives but after a few tries I was able to easily get them razor sharp as well. Definitely recommend.

It definitely works. I have a $400 Shun and it’s great to be able to sharpen & hone without sending my knife to California. I only just received this so I hope the sharpening holds up.
