Looks just like mortar
This stuff is excellent. I used it to patch up some gaps in the stone on my house, and it looks just like gray mortar. A little on the light side, but there are many shades of gray when it comes to mortar so there’s nothing you can do about that.

Maintains Spanish Tile Roofs!
This is one of those top 0.1% products for me. It has literally saved me from having to replace (i.e. add a second tile layer) my old fashion type Spanish roof (a roughly 90 year old home). I can only imagine how much money this will save me. Basically these roofs become leaky when the mortar on the crest cap develops cracks and lets water leak in wherever it finds a hole in the tar paper below. I applied MOR-FLEXX 3 years ago to seal the cracks on the crest cap and it stopped my leak. I went up again today to apply some more and examine the roof. The 3 year old application still looks totally solid inspite of being constantly exposed to intense California sunshine. There is no degradation due to UV that I can see. The product is easy to apply, has the same grainy type texture of mortar to match and blend in well, does not contain any nasty solvents, adheres to my tile and solidifies any crumbly area, and even has enough thickness to fill substantially sized holes. It is just an amazing product and I am their customer for life.

Good product, picture deceiving
Love this product. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the marketing picture was a little deceiving. It shows 3 tubes of it and it’s really just one. The description is accurate and says quantity one, but I knew this was the brand I wanted so I just looked at the picture.Pro:Good productEasy to useGood quality / consistency of caulkCon:There is only 1 tube, not 3No other cons

Great for repairing decorative rock grout
Our “new” 15 year-old home has decorative rock facing in front. The grout had deteriorated in several spots due to our extreme temperatures here in the high plains desert. This stuff applies easily and does a great job sealing the gaps. After a month, the sealant is indistinguishable from the cement-based grout from several feet away. Very nice result. When the original grout gets wet, however, it darkens significantly and the sealant is readily apparent because it doesn’t change color when wet. No product can. Fortunately it rains so infrequently that this is not an issue. Besides, who is going to stand out in the rain and point out flaws in your rock grout color??

Absolutely wonderful
I love this stuff! I've used stucco patch in the past, and the results have mostly been "not great."First of all, the grittiness is never perfect, so the smoother surface sticks out like a sore thumb. Then it's hard to work with and takes a while to cure. And if the damage is caused by anything reoccurring, it just comes back, only now it looks patchy AND damaged. I figured this was a job better left to the professionals, but the professionals want a lot of money for this sort of work. After watching youtube, I bought this to fill a crack in a stucco retaining wall that just snapped through the stucco patch. and seriously? You can't tell it was there. Not even months later. It's like magic.Since I had plenty left over so I used it to patch the damaged stucco under the front door. Not only does it look perfect, but because of the rubbery texture, I dont have to worry about it cracking and cumbling again. This has no doubt saved me hundreds on those two places alone, but I had plenty left over. I smeared some over the parts I repaired with stucco patch and repainted. Much better! I just used up the last of it patching small holes in the stucco retaining wall. It is perfect for that, since you just pipe into the hole and it works like glue, saving as much of the surface as you can. The rest you just rub or slap until it matches the surrounding texture. It's child's play. I'm almost tempted to fix the whole neighborhood.

ugly gray color
it is a rubbery sandy coulk that is a grey that won't match most gray grouts….white is probably a better choice

2024 and still looks great!
In 2017, I used this to fill in some cracks in the brickwork on the front of the house. In 2024, can’t even tell the repair from the original. Great Product!
