will this detect a weak cell phone signal...say if you are far away from a tower?

Shouldn't be any problem. We use them all the time in the asylum we own, and they work as they should. Even if someone has their cell phone not on aeroplane mode, the devices aren't affected unless they move within a foot or so of the meter.

The regular Ghost Meter is a sensitive EMF meter. Gauged to register (by noise and flashing light) at lower than industrial EMF levels. Indicating the possible presence of spirits. The "Pro" model has false trigger modes programmed to make you think you have spirits present. With any meter (there are better ones out there at the same price levels) you have to decide if it is industrial (wiring) or Man made (cell phones, electronics and such). If you can't debunk it, you might have a spirit present.

Not even close! Great for young people. Kids. Makes noise and "works" for what it is, but not authentically at all.
