What an amazing company. The product is amazing, too, but the company is nothing but top notch!!The ease of use and attractive looks of the Hoselink is attractive and great quality!! But the customer service department and personnel are the best I’ve ever had to deal with.An issue developed after 3 months of owning the retractable Hoselink and with a couple emails, a video and I am a happy customer!!

Life changer 😀! Watering with a hose is a chore in its self; the tugging, the detangling, the kinking and then the attempting of reeling it up nicely….errrrr. Yes this hose link is a splurge , but worth easy penny. It is absolutely awesome. It’s keeps the hose neat and always ready to use. No negatives here, now own two!

Hose mounts easy and secure, rolls and unrolls super easy and doesn't restrict flow.My particular one had an issue where the retract mechanism failed. However I called hoselink and within a day they had sent me a new one under warranty. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend

This hose reel is absolutely fabulous! We have had it for almost a year. It rolls back with ease. Installation couldn't have been any easier.

Wanted to add one of these and see photos attached. I also purchased white sleeve [post cover], and ground stake from Amazon. All items are of high quality, arrived on time or much sooner, and without damage. Would recommend to anyone and would buy again. All worked well together and produced flawless results for a first time attempt of this project type. Hoselink reel [I purchased the 82-footer] works well and all advertised parts were present, it even includes a template for the mount though I didn't use. I've used twice so far and stow when not in use. I recently received the lock so may leave semi-permanently mounted.

Sturdily built, rather heavy getting it in place, a challenge pulling it out to use - rather strong spring wanting to keep it rolled up, once locked out it works like a very well made piece of equipment. Rolling it back in, follow the manufacture's recommendation to control the recoil. Then close the hole the hose comes out, it is very inviting to birds looking for a home. Just a crumpled up plastic grocery bag works well, but cleaning out a house sparrow's gatherings are a challenge, no access door to aid cleaning, just pull the twigs and things back out of the hole the next time you pull the hose out. We'll see how it holds up next season. May be a little pricy if only good for one or two years, too early to tell just yet.

Love the ease of use and it was easy to mount. Now no more hoses laying around!
