Useful
Bit of a learning curve. Worth it though. 2018 Trax simple case of diagnosing if a senior was bad or it was actually overheating. Bad sensor. Liked being able to monitor the temps after changing the sensor. I have a feeling this will do more than I need but with 2 trucks n 3 cars it will get used.

The powerful hardware is the main reason i stuck with this bidirectional scanner
This scanner works super fast during use, i didn't see any bugs or quirks. PROS V +doubles my productivity in the garbage. For instance, with XTOOI D8BT scanners, i can check 3-4 vehicles per day. But with this PROSV+, the number of vehicles can be up to 9 per day. D8BT is quite weak compare to PROSV+. It can not stand heavy workloads, when i use it continuously and ask the scanner to do many tasks, it will be laggy. I mean this scanner is still fast, it just gets overworked sometimes. D8BT can not beat PROSV+ when it comes to vehicle coverage. Surrended by numerous bidirectional scanners in the market, i know it is hard to choose the best one. I have tested many bidirectional scan tools on different vehicles, And I'm here to let you know that there's nothing called a “perfect one”. Each has its pros and cons. So if the pros satisfy your needs, and if you can stand the cons, That's what matters.

Capable tool, lots of features.
This product is quite capable. It has many functions and features. Not only can it read all on board computers/modules on a vehicle but has programming abilities. Even for personal use it wouldn’t take long to recoup your cost with the price of diagnostics these days at shops. Defiantly good enough to be used by shops as well.

Great for the money
I have tried the FCA auto auto and the scan tool works well with it. In the future I would like to expand its capability and purchase the oscilloscope.

Good job
I've discovered it is actually quite handy for several things on sprinters, both new and old. I have used it to reset mass airflow adaptations after fixing offset drift codes when the factory scan tool (Xentry) was giving me issues. I use it all the time for clearing faults after repairs and for performing regenerations while I'm busy using the Xentry. It also has a nice feature where it can record data/custom data lists and switch between graphing or numerical data and I can go back and look at data frame by frame leading up to a fault which is very handy since I am the only Sprinter tech at my shop with nobody to monitor data while I drive or vice versa.

Excellent product
I used this tool several times. Overall it is an excellent tool with outstanding functionality. It performs many tasks that Snap-On and Autel can’t handle, which can be critical in certain situations. For instance, I recently replaced the HVAC module on an F-150, which required a PMI process. Autel failed to support it, but the Launch device completed it effortlessly—saving us both time and programming costs.

Stop! Don’t Do It! There’s better out there!
Only one star because I can’t give quarter stars. The product itself may be a decent product, but the compatibility with my vehicle isn’t. The company, Launch, is very vague about whether or not it would work. When it didn’t, the company continually shifts blame and responsibility back to the seller,Amazon. Amazon says contact the seller, Launch says that I didn’t buy it from them, so I have to go through the seller, Amazon. And round and round the denial process goes with Launch. It makes me wonder if product sales are slow enough that they CAN’T give a refund for return because EVERY sale keeps them afloat.Either way, I would look at more reputable and well known software companies than these chuckleheads!!
