Great if you set it up for success.
What you need to know is that out of the box it will not be the best experience. You need to buy 1 or 2 extra items to make this little sauna into the spa treatment you want.First ditch the included chair. I am 6’5 and of course don’t fit but my wife is 5’3 and is around 115-120 lbs and it hurt her pinching the back of her legs. So do yourself a favor and pickup a shower bench. They can handle the moisture and are very sturdy.Next you will want to use a towel on that bench you want comfort in your sauna not lines creasing your backside.Third and this is definitely optional but we put a waterproof speaker in ours. We had a WonderBoom which has a loop at the top. Using an old carabiner we put it through the loop and hooked it on the top rail.Additional setup notes and cleaning. The little round canister that goes in the sauna. You want that as close to the center as possible. This means you put the bench to one side and when sitting have your feet split with the canister between them but your feet far enough away so that you don’t get burned. The product description and some people say it gets up to 124 degrees. That is the canister it self and not the full tent. Mid height in the enclosure our reading has never gone above 100 degrees. That said at 20 mins in my heart rate is elevated and I have a great sweat going. Now for the cleaning. We clean ours once a week. We might be more heavy users than most. We are using it at least 3-5 times a week. Cleaning can be simple we take everything out of the tent and wipe the inside with a Lysol wipe. The bottom which is the part that holds all of your sweat 😓 we clean in a bucket. I feel like dawn dish soap is working the best. I use a scrub brush soak and agitate for 5-10 minutes. Then I rinse it out and hang it to dry.One final note when setting it up you might not want it near that AC vent. It just makes it harder for the temp to stay up. Honestly we wish we would have found this little sauna sooner. We have had it for at least 4 months and love it.

Great value
Easy to set up, took me longer to figure out where I was going to place it and while it took a bit to heat up, once it did—it got very hot! Great size that fits easily into most spaces. I’m not sure what temperature I reached, but overall it’s been an excellent value for the price. Highly recommend for anyone craving heat without the hassle. So far worth every penny and every sweaty minute.

Low cost, efficient and agile at home steam room
The media could not be loaded. Alright, let's be real – you will SWEAT in this thing. Like, a lot. It's basically a personal sauna, and it gets HOT. I'm talking 110 degrees in about 15 minutes, and honestly, staying in for a full 30 minutes is a challenge! But, in the best way possible.I love that I can stand up inside and even do resistance band workouts. I add some rosemary oil to the steamer for a nice aroma, which is a game-changer. Assembly and disassembly are surprisingly quick, only about 15 minutes each.I bought this primarily because my knees are, let's just say, "bucked." But it's been a huge help! The heat and stretching I do inside have significantly improved my knee pain. I've noticed a real difference when squatting – way less pain! Now, here's the thing: you might think it's not hot enough at first. It takes a little patience. When you first get in, the temperature drops, but just wait about 10 minutes, and it'll climb right back up. Just give it time to heat up.One thing to keep in mind is that while you'll feel like you're sweating buckets (and you are!), some of that is definitely steam condensation. So, don't be alarmed by the sheer volume of "sweat."The benefits are undeniable. My body feels so much better. My skin is glowing, I'm sleeping like a baby, my stress levels are down, and I'm recovering from workouts faster. Plus, the overall aches and pains are significantly reduced.Just a heads-up: no electronics inside due to the steam. I just set up a speaker outside and watch shows on my laptop through the transparent window. Works perfectly!

Great purchase
This is and does exactly what it says. Easy to assemble, heats up fast and where I'm not sure it gets as hot as is claimed, it certainly gets steamy hot enough to be effective. The chair is small. Think toddler child size small. I think the pictures were deceptive. Having said that, there really isn't room for a larger chair. Consider replacing the chair for a bench for comfort.

Great home sauna for personal use
Great home sauna, works well, and has an easy setup. The only downside would be remembering to empty the tray inside the sauna as it fills with condensation and inhibits.

Great Product for price point
I love this suna and it doing wonders for my health. It was very easy to set-up and didnot take along time to put all the pieces together. I weight 220 lbs and 6 ft tall and the chair holds my weight perfectly.
