I ended up not needing them, but these will work for those who do.
So I bought a pack of shims and then ended up not needing them; my battery post clamp wasn't as loose as I thought it was, there was just a minor issue with the battery being slightly the wrong size and the terminal's wires fighting a bit to force it into an awkward angle.That said, I can attest to these shims being good for what they're made for. It's hard to screw up standardized sizing on a lead shim, and I did confirm these as a perfect fit for my positive terminal. The negative is always going to be a bit small, but the lead on these shims is bendable enough to be forced down to the correct size if needed. I'll be keeping these in storage until such a time as I need them.

Fixed my loose terminal
My battery terminal was lose even when fully tightened. One of these caps solved the issue.

needed it for my corroded battery terminal lugs
My truck stays outside and the terminals get highly corroded. Keep cleaning the corrosion but eventually the terminal lugs won't tighten anymore and maintain a good grip on the posts. Got these to help get a better connection and hopefully reduce the corrosion. I bit of pain to put on since these make it very difficult to reconnect the terminals. Had to make some modifications by snipping some of the metal off to make it wrap around tighter.

Great fit.
