great on salad or in soup
I do not like to eat or chop carrots, the taste is ok. They give me the benefits of the carrots and easy for me to add to food... love it.

Does not dissolve in liquids.
Tried the powder in orange juice, water, and milk. In every case, the powder becomes a thick, gooey, sticky, glob that for the most part does not dissolve. Even tried a hand mixer. Mostly the same results except there were many smaller undissolved globs.

Stomach issues
Carrot juice has always been helpful to me in the past. I decided that it would be nice to have some powdered carrot juice for the road. This product advertised as organic but for some reason I had a bad reaction to it. Caused some stomach issues. Not sure why.
