Cool chair
Nice big sturdy chair with a good massager

Very comfortable, but useless instructions.
After receiving the chair, I unpackaged checked the contents and for damage. Satisfied I set about assembling it and all was good until it came to the arms. Apparently there are two possible ways but only 1 correct way. The instructions make no mention about which goes where except for the Left and Right.Is the left , the left when you sit on it or the left looking at it from on? Your choice. So after a few hours of trying to attach just 1 bolt I gave up with it.After calming down I tried it the other way round and voila!The chair once assembled is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in for use on my computer and the vibration settings hit the spot every time.It is well worth the money but make sure you get those arms the right way round!

Excellent office chair
This chair is the most comfortable office chair I have bought. It is nice and sturdy. Extremely well built. Personally I don’t use the massaging aspects but they are good too, with quite a few settings. 5 stars

This chair doesnt feel that sturdy
Only had the chair for a few hours now and it already wobbles side to side a little bit, I'm a heavy guy but I'm not 200 kilos I weigh 116 kilos and this thing says it'll hold up to 500 pounds which is ~224 kilos. So I don't know if what they're saying is true. The massage functionality is kind of cool but the cable that plugs it into the wall is too short :/

Too firm
This was purchased to replace an older chair, for a colleague who has recently undergone surgery. Unfortunately the person it was purchased for doesn't like it, because the tilt on it isn't flexible enough for his liking and he can't get comfortable in it! So it sits as an expensive spare in his office, - wouldn't have classed it as particularly expensive if it was in use! Though the massage feature is literally just a very mild vibration. Haven't used it myself so can not comment any further!
