This product was delicious. It arrived on time and was extremely fresh. The caramel is so good and the kettle gives it a nice sweet and salty balance

Delicious as always. Not sure why they still use the slogan "known for the Cone" when they've switched to square bags. The slogan is on the bags... seems odd. I prefer the cone as they're fun to give out but oh well.

One star off only because we were sent the wrong item. Seriously, everything Popcornopolis does is delicious, so I wasn’t exactly disappointed (just really wanted to try the unicorn popcorn!). The whole family is enjoying this.

Really good. Do not get if you have an eating disorder. You will not stop eating until the bag is finished. Really good!

Let me say popcornopolis is the best popcorn. After they stopped selling it in local stores I found their site and Amazon store. I ordered on Amazon and it took weeks which I did not mind. But it arrived melted. I contacted their customer service and they told me to file a claim through Amazon since they couldn't verify my purchase. I tried many times through Amazon but it refers me to customer service. Not 100% satisfaction guarantee like they claim. I'm frustrated and disappointed. As much as I love this popcorn they lost a customer because it was not worth the run around. I do love their popcorn and you should support them for the flavor but the quality and service was not good.
