Was in the bin within a week...
On the outside, this looks like it should work, but it falls flat.Things that could be easily improved:- there are waffles, but the "holes" are on the top of the waffle, which means that the "crud" fills in the bottom of the waffle and will never get sucked into the filter- The instructions say that this will help naturally break down the waste into the gravel, but I'd rather the filter do it- There is an up-hose, but no filter, which means the bad bits just gets recirculated- I hooked a back filter to the up-hose, but since the holes were on the top, it didn't do anythingOn the pros, it did fit the tank well.As the subject says, it was in the bin in about a week.

Very flimsy construction and think plastic. I returned it without trying in my tank.

Works well but fragile
Brought this same product from LFS and been using for 4 months with 2 uptubes powered by ubbink air 200. Lifted plate out the other day as was paranoid about ugf horror stories but it was clean! I gravel vac every 3 days 1/2 tank at a time so if you do too this product is fine. Just 2 words of advice; i use2x 100 l per hour air but turning it down even a little sevearly reduces flow and also the plastic around the uptubes cracks easily but hot glue gun glue holding mine together fine
