This pillow really is worth the investment. It makes such a difference to my sleep, and gives just the right level of support. Highly recommended.

Very high quality pillows that in a way I have not experienced before. Very dense material, so for me this is a good result but others may want something softer.

So I was very excited to get this pillow and as many other reviewers have mentioned it was the most expensive pillow I have ever purchased...After trying it for a couple of weeks it proved to be not comfortable at all because instead of a medium pillow it is much much harder.The promise of it getting softer where it is warmer i.e via body heat does not happen at allI would not recommend getting this pillow at all and honestly you are better off getting a shredded memory foam pillow of some kind

I bought this item in both firmness ratings - soft and medium.Both pillows followed a similar process of 'breaking in' - they began feeling quite similar to each other, then both firmed up over the course of a few days, and then they started to become softer (the medium helped by a good dose of sitting on it). Neither pillow appears to have a consist feel after this. Sometimes they feel squishy and soft, other times they feel a lot firmer, sometimes within the same night of use.Originally, I only brought the soft pillow. I do not advise it unless you're a stomach sleeper, maybe a back sleeper. Even if you have a smaller frame, as I do, the pillow is not much good for a side sleeper. Intially, it felt great. Perfect loft. A little firmer than I wanted (which, it turns out was the pillow case and not the inner pillow). No ear pain. No shoulder pain. I slept the entire night. This did not last. First, the material flattens where your head is and the material 'migrates' towards the back. Second, as the pillow softens it flattens more, losing loft and support. I started getting shoulder pain and later tension in my jaw, ears, and neck. The pillow also began to feel sort of 'lumpy' sometimes.So, I gave the medium a go. Sometimes it feels way too firm, like a rock (but malleable); sometimes it feels pretty good, as soft as the soft originally felt. It's very random, which means so is my experience of using the pillow. When it feels too firm there is jaw/ear pain, but rarely neck or shoulder pain, but a lot of the time this is minimal. However, I cannot lay on my back using this pillow - that does cause jaw tension - which is disappointing. Upsides are that the material migration is far less noticable, support is better, and there isn't a lumpy feel.Something to note is the 'adapt' function of the pillow is not the same as you'd find in memory foam. I'm not sure if heat is meant to have an impact on it, but I've found that once the pillow has had a few hours of warmth, that's when it's most adaptable and soft. It does take hours though.A note on the pillow case: The case isn't smooth and flat (as you can see in the pictures), is fairly expensive (if you want a spare), and I haven't had good experiences using a different case - especially in the case of the soft one. You can fit a pillow case over the top, just make sure it's the right size.

I returned this pillow because the shape didn’t work for me. My head ended up resting higher than my neck, which felt uncomfortable. It’s a big pillow with soft support, but unfortunately not the right fit for my sleeping style.

Was a bit sceptical about spending so much on a pillow but a really good buy,so comfy. Oki

Back to a decent sleep.

This is the most expensive pillow I have ever purchased and is the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever slept on. I had severe neck pain by the second week. I have offered to many family members but they all bring it back saying how awful and hard it is.
