Love these but so small for the price. I used to buy a similar product in the states for less than the price but double the amount. It tastes great and does the job but it’s a tiny bottle.

Way too salty

I've never gone out of my way to intentionally take electrolytes before, so disclaimer, this is my first attempt. I recently upped my workouts as I decided that I wanted more from myself, and a friend recommended taking some to speed recovery.For the effects, well I've been using it for about two weeks. I added a teaspoon to a litre of water as per the instructions, and drank it throughout my cardio workouts. Seeing as I've effectively increased my workout length by 20% and intensity by about the same, I think they are actually working.I ache a little less now than I did with lighter and shorter workouts which means I can perform better in my evening session and the following day. General fatigue is greatly reduced. This also makes rest days that much more comfortable and I can't understate the importance of that.Some electrolyte drinks seem to come in the form of some sugar filled, caffeine saturated drink and tonnes of other ingredients. Well I don't work out to fill myself with that. This only contains Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Sulphate and purified water. That's it. If you're like me and want to minimise unnecessary ingredients, this is great.Take the seal off, flip the lid and drop a teaspoon in to a litre of water and you're done. It didn't affect the taste as much as I had expected. I caught a bit of a salty tang on the bottle rim the first time I tried this, but the water itself only had a very subtle salty aftertaste. The instructions say you can squeeze a lemon in there to mask the taste, but I didn't bother as it's not that strong.I don't care much, but you might that it's vegan, gluten and gmo free.Is what I'm experiencing placebo, or is it really helping? I think the effect is too big to be placebo. It's cheaper to buy this for twenty or so pounds that buy thirty or more litres of electrolyte drinks, so give it a try if it's something you're interested in as it's great value considering the alternatives.The only other thing I'll note is that I feel more refreshed during the workout if I have two bottles. One with the electrolyte solution and one bottle of iced water I'll drink from too. Maybe something worth trying.Top tier product. Good luck!
