actually works
saved my phone many times when battery was low. only using it maybe 2 weeks but works fine. Easy to use. If you insert case and charge then it first charges your phone battery, when your phone battery gets to 100% then it charges the "case/battery". when your phone battery is low just hold the button on back of case a few sec and and the case with charge your phone (you'll see the % go up which means its charging)

Came overnight as promised. Fit perfectly, came almost fully charged, and so far has worked as advertised. Time will tell if it keeps me working all day. So far i am very pleased with its performance and lighting plug OS very secure.

Not 10000 mAh
This is not 10000 mAh like it states in the description and on the unit I have other cases that I have used that last way longer that have less capacity this is not worth the money because it does not have the capacity that it says it is supposed to have this is unacceptable this product should not be sold when it does not have a true rating I can purchase a case for a lot cheaper that will give me more power and last longer. If you're looking for a phone case this is not the one to choose look elsewhere this is not worth the money

first one i ever bought that was not what i expected.
i have purchased numerous battery boosters for my ancient iphone 7+ that still works flawlessly, and this is the first one that i have had issues with-it takes FOREVER to get to 100% and seems to drain faster than what i have experienced in the past with these purchases. i figured it might need some conditioning and use, but it is not as strong or dependable as older ones i have purchased in the past, and the fit of the case itself is tricky in that the 'angle' of approach' in attaching it to the phone is VERY shallow-be careful or you could mess up your phone or case. i cannot recommend this purchase.
