Avoid! Unable to return faulty item!
Arrived snapped and auburn colour is really dark brown. Tried to return it and Amazon directs you to L'Oréal website. L'Oréal say return it through Amazon. Selected another reason on Amazon only to be told it's not eligible for return. This isn't clearly started on the product anywhere. What a joke! Waste of money!
