This is a Chinese POS that will fail in any emergency, since its biometric reader fails 80% of the time, and the keys have a delay that prevents quick access. This thing barely works during normal operation, and absolutely fails when accessed fast. Plus, it will go in an alarm mode for 10 minutes after it can't read your prints. Avoid this Chinese product and get something quality instead.

Ive read all the other reviews and see everyone seems to have a great experience with this product which leads me to think i may have just got unlucky with the one i recieved. I cannot get the fingerprint reader to save any prints and it always requires my key to open it. Ive reset it several times and even contacted the manufacturer..... no help. Customer service for this is practically non existant. Or atleast limited knowledge. Mine simply didnt work so thats the only reason why it got the rating im giving it. It is made of solid matereal and seems super strong and im still woring on trying to figure this thing out so that it will aatleast work once for me but it is what it is on my end.

This is a great bedside safe. It can keep your equipment on hand where it needs to be, but you are the only one I can get to it, if desired. The safe can be opened via pin, password, or even an emergency key. The pin pad works great, and the fingerprint sensor is very responsive. It does not deny you over and over again, before finally letting you in. The safe itself is very sturdy, made out of Nice thick steel, and has plenty of mounting points. You can mount it anywhere you have a flat surface, at least the same size as it. Either vertical, or horizontal, does not matter. Overall, these things are great. Have your equipment where you need it, and secure, be sure you are the only one that can access it. Great if you have kids in the house, or even For when company comes over. Highly recommended.
