My favorite noodles
Love all three flavors I ordered: Tom Yum, Seafood and Beef. This is my first time to eat konjac noodles after trying keto diets. It is really low in carbohydrates and friendly to keto diets. And its tasty soup surprised me. The Tom Yum soup tastes so similar in Thai restaurant. The veggie pouch in seafood flavor pack contains several kinds of dehydrated vegetables that gives the soup unique and delicious taste. I prepared some beef mixing with the beef flavor noodles. That’s awesome!I see that they offer two more flavors, I would definitely try them all later.

Great for your weight loss efforts
If you are craving a nice warm pasta, this is a great option, easy to prepare, I took a couple of these on a quick work trip to avoid falling into temptations and derailing from my routine and they worked well using the hotel's room microwave, yet, these are a bit pricy but worth to have these for emergencies.

Awesome stuff
The flavor could be a bit better (add some soy sauce and fish sauce) , but overall this stuff is amazing. Add some veggies and some protein and bam... a very filling bowl of Ramen without all the excess. Will be buying again.

Absolutely awful
This base tastes like fish - but the worst ever kind. (I purchased the chicken flavor). Also the base has a weird “oil”, which also tastes pretty bad, and also makes no sense for it to be added there since the whole purpose of this product is to have as little as possible calories.I wish I red the reviews more closely. This item is non refundable so buyer - be careful!

Great substitute for ramen noodles!
For me, these are the perfect replacement for ramen noodles, which I ate a lot of in high school! The texture of the noodles is almost perfect, and the flavor and the veggies you can add are great. I added in mushrooms and crab meat to the seafood for protein, and baked chicken and mushrooms to the chicken flavor. They are way more pricey than regular ramen noodles, but for someone who is diabetic and looking for a great substitute, these are spot on!

Healthy noodle? Yes it exists
What an easy way to make noodles! Just rip open the bag, add hot water, the flavor packet and any additional add-ons. It's low carb, gluten free, and low calorie. Don't get me wrong, the texture is different, a little springy instead but it has really good flavor and you don't feel full after eating them.

Good alternatives for managing my glucose level
I am pregnant with my second baby in my belly now. Last prenatal checkup, I failed the 1-hour glucose test. So, I searched a lot online to change my diets and hoped that I can pass the 3-hours glucose test in 2 weeks. I learned that the key point for managing glucose is to reduce carbohydrates. I found NoodleZero and used it as alternatives of rice and noodles at dinner time. It is easy to cook and can fill my stomach without worrying about my glucose. Now even though I have passed the 3-hours glucose test, I would like to continue eating NoodleZero occasionally. I believe that it can help me manage my glucose level and even weight much more easily. (Just personal experience; not a doctor’s option/advices)
