I have never used cleats before and bought these as they would not be a massive loss of money if I did not get on with them. They were easy to fit to the bike and the shoes. I actually rode with them today and they made a huge difference. I really felt the connection. The product appears to be well made and sturdy.

These are very much as described.These are essentially the same as entry level Shimano SPD-SL pedals with a set of compatible cleats at around a quarter of the price.They bolt straight onto the crank arms and the cleats come with bolts, washers and a hex key.The cleats are the 6 degrees of float version which allows a little movement of the shoe in the pedal.They seem like very similar quality to an entry set of Shimano pedals I have with similar performance.If you've not used clip less pedals before they give a very positive feel and power transfer. There is a little bit of practice required to mount and dismount but it soon becomes second nature after a few rides.Very nice pedals at this price.

They don’t thread and screw in properly. I’d say cheap rubbish but for the rubbish they are they weren’t that cheap. Sent them back and paid an extra fiver for some branded clip in pedals.
