Letterland ABC Paperback – January 1, 2009

Our five-year-old grandson (kindergarten) loves this ABC story book! He borrowed a copy from his school library and we read it with him while visiting. He loves the Letter Land names for the letters, such as "Red Robot"! He likes the book so much that we ordered him one of his own from Amazon. His book came with an audio CD, which I don't remember being listed in the description.

My daughter loves letterland at school and was so thrilled to have it at home. Watching the letterland characters come to life with the included cd rom was an added bonus she really enjoyed as well.

I work with 4 year olds getting ready for kindergarten. Our local school uses letterland and I wanted to expose the kiddos to it to help prepare for K. They absolutely love this book!

My son's school uses this system for learning to read. We got him the ABC book and some smaller Letterland books to get him interested in reading about 6 months before kindergarten. That didn't work but once he was ready, he loved this book and we read it every night for several weeks. He had his characters memorized right before KG started so I think it was helpful in the end.

Product is as described. Great learning tool for pre-K and K students. The CD in the back of the book is not the same as the ABC song CD. It is a CD of each page and Letter being read out loud for the child to follow along. There is also a small poster of the alphabet in the back of the book that you can tear out.

We just love letter land at our house. We discovered it when it was used at my child's preschool and it has been such a fun way for him to learn his letters and the sounds that they make. We keep buying more

A great book to teach letters and letter sounds.

This worked so well for my older kids that I was happy to find it still in print for my youngest. A really clever way to teach phonics and reading.

I remember reading this book as a young child and it helping me to memorise letters. I have now bought this for my two year old daughter and although she doesn't know her letters she is loving hearing the stories and starting to learn what they all are.

I thought the song was included, not happy with just the story on CD.

Got it for my 5 yr boy cause he use it at school and it helped me and him to catch up.Very easy and worth the money. highly recommend it
