I really like this container. The built in "collar" helps prevent splashes and the built in "racks" do a good job keeping my items submerged. There is some expected condensation on the lid that can drip onto the counter when it is opened, I just place a towel under the container.THis system is much better than adding the floating poly balls. Easy to use, easy to empty and clean.

My INKBIRD fits it perfectly! I love how this has built in racks to keep food submerged. The carrying handles on the side make it easy to hold empty or full. Having a tote style closure lid is also quite nice! It holds about 2.5 gallon more or less.

I never used my sous vide much before this purchase, I hated trying to find a pot big enough or keep the bags in the water. This helps to keep the temperature stable and the water from evaporating. It is plenty big enough cook my chicken breasts in and the lid keeps them submerged in the water. My only complaint and why I removed one star is because every time I open the lid water flows down the sides of the container from the lid. There is no way to stop this from happening and it makes a bit of a mess. Still wouldn't trade this in because the functionality has allowed me to use my sous vide. I leave my sous vide attached all the time and store the whole thing as one unit make it easy to use in the future. The build is good other than the lid opening issue with water flowing down the sides.

Hopped it was a little taller in size but love it. Keeps the bags submerged and am very happy about that.

My husband loves these because they have a plastic tray on top that presses down whatever you put in is submerged under the water level. Compact so it fits easily on a countertop.

A few years ago I discovered sous vide cooking and was thrilled at the results. I purchased an Anova sous vide cooker but decided not to invest in an associated container and instead used a stock pot. It worked well but it always seemed that it took forever to fill enough water in the pot before I could start the process. Due to a bonehead move on my part, I ruined the cooker.I purchased an Inkbird cooker as a replacement and decided to purchase this container to go along with it. Not only does it require less water (thus it heats up faster) but the grates ensured that the packages would stay submerged while cooking. I am really loving this combination and especially the ability to view the cooking progress. Highly recommended!

This water container was the perfect match for my Vpcok sous vide cooker. I like how well the cooker fits into the top and that I can have the water bath sealed with the lid. I also appreciate the rack that keeps the food submerged while cooking. The size is perfect for me, and I was able to store it away in a kitchen cabinet. I think the setup with the matching sous vide wand is relatively compact and attractive.

Excellent product! works best with an immersible sous vide machine. Cooks almost anything quickly and makes it succulent! Wait until you try chicken in it! YUM!
