This product was not new . The tissue to wrap the items inside looked like it had been open and closed many times and was very crumpled. Also the wish ticket had been opened. There was products with lids off . Very disappointed.

Bought as a gift for my mum, she was very pleased with the set.

Damaged box, already been opened, lids off products, "mystery envelope" already opened. Extremely disappointed. All products there but clearly already opened for smelling/sampling.
