Maybe this one looks easy but believe me, it is really hard workout and will squeeze last sweats out of you.It isn’t easy at first, and you will end up bruised but this is so worth it.It really burns calories and fat.Whole your body exercises and balances.I love it. One of my favourites ❤️

i didn't realise just how much of a sweat on you can get from just swinging your hips around but boy does this make you work. its kinda hard to get a rhythm going and doesn't feel the smoothest going around but its a fun bit of exercise. being supplied with extra sections in the box made it so i could actually use it.

Super happy with this weight loss hula hoop, especially for such an affordable price point. Incredibly impressed by the quality of this and the value. Super easy to use and really quick to get on and off and it works really well and really quickly. This is brilliant for home workouts or if you haven't had a chance to go walking or to the gym. Brilliant for at-home cardio and you can easily spin with this while watching TV or listening to music. It took me a few minutes to get the hang of the movement but once I did it becomes really intuitive. You definitely feel a bit of a workout and this is great for burning some calories while at home. Very happy with it.

Seems well made and sturdy. Easy enough to put together. I struggled to get the hang of it but then I can't use a normal hula hoop. After watching a few you tube videos I started to get the hang of it and now glad I persevered. Am still not brilliant but getting better and it is quite fun to do. Just looking forward to seeing the benefits now. It is a bit noisy but tolerable. Good value for the price as more expensive ones do exactly the same thing.

Its different to using a traditional hula hoop not just because of the weighting but it has the massage points as well. I think they may help to use or at least for it to stay up it but I'm not sure - I still have a lot of work to do on my technique! Its fun and cann get pretty tiring so it does feel like I've had a good workout.

This hula hoop is really great, it's easy to adjust by removing or adding pieces, and a hula hoop is known to be excellent for improving stomach muscles.However, I feel it's important to know that you will experience quite strong pain when using this for the first time. I guess this is normal when starting any new exercise regime but I must say I wasn't prepared for the level of pain. This has now subsided and I'm continuing to use the hoop daily. I'm loving it!

Da mein hochwertiger Smart hulla hopp nach zwei Jahren kaputt ging, dachte ich ich probiere mal eine billigvariante. Tja billig trifft es auch wirklich, das Gewicht ich viel zu leicht, die Scheiben sind einfach nur Plastik und ruckeln einfach nur durch den Reifen. Bei meinem hochwertigen Reifen konnte man das Gewicht selbst befüllen und es waren richtige Kugellager verbaut, dadurch lief der sehr ruhig und gleichmäßig. Diesen billigschrott hier kann man damit echt nicht vergleichen. Ist das Geld NICHT wert und frustriert einfach nur. Gebt lieber ein paar Euros mehr aus für ordentliche Qualität und Spaß statt Frust am hullern

Il bello di questo attrezzo è che effettivamente si adatta a diversi tipi di corporature senza troppa difficoltà. Viene fornito di dimensione standard ma con pezzi da poter aggiungere al bisogno. Il peso è rimovibile dove non c'è abbastanza spazio da evitare di tirare giù pezzi di mobilio

Este hula hoop lo hemos cogido para mi niña que esta en plena adolescencia y no para de pedir productos para mejorar su fisico.Lo primero que nos llamo la atención, es que no era el tipico aro de toda la vida, sino una caja con 24 piezas y una especie de pelota. Las piezas se van encajando y su función es ir quitando segun vayas perdiendo cintura y por tanto regularlo a tu perimetro.Una vez montado tienes que encajar la pieza con la bola que es la encargada de que gire y mejore tu movimiento, es decir, tu giras la cintura pero la bola hace de contrapeso y te hara que dures mas girando.Es un buen ejercicio que junto a una buena alimentación puede ayudar a cumplir su objetivo. El que tenga tantas piezas ayuda bastante a que pueda utilizarlo cualquier persona independientemente de su peso.

Il faut le régler à sa taille, et ensuite s'entraîner, encore et encore avant de trouver le bon geste pour faire tourner le poids.Pas facile au début, parce que le geste est différent d'un hula hoop classique mais en persévérant, on y arrive.J'ai l'impression que les muscles travaillent, les courbatures sont présentes !Les résultats ne seront visibles, s'ils le sont, que dans quelques semaines, j'ai hâte !!Le matériau a l'air solide, on peut régler la longueur du poids pour augmenter ou baisser la difficulté.Attention la notice n'est pas en français, mais les photos et croquis sont assez explicites.Je recommande pour celles et ceux qui sont, comme moi, curieux et qui veulent faire de l'exercice autrement que sur un tapis !!

Im Rahmen von Amazon Vine durften wir diesen Artikel testen. Die Bestellung wurde gewohnt zügig und unkompliziert bearbeitet. Geliefert wird der Reifen zum selbst Zusammenstecken. Das Konzept ist interessant und nicht mit den gängigen Reifen der Kindheit zu vergleichen. Stattdessen erhält man hier ein Sportgerät das bei ordentlicher Anwendung durchaus zu Gewichtsreduzierung beitragen kann. Ergebnisse diesbezüglich können jedoch erst nach einer längeren Einsatzdauer mitgeteilt werden. Ein weiteres Plus für mich ist neben der individuellen Anpassung, dass der Hula Hoop nach Auseinanderbauen wieder gut platzsparend zu verstauen ist. Bis dato habe ich nichts zu bemängeln.
