I was a little hesitant about buying a generic product other that original product. I was wrong. This product works great if you follow instructions with kit. It only takes a few seconds to distribute powder in cartilage and you never get a compatibility issue. It works from the very start with out any problems. I have used a different brand once for color and had some issues with it. I took a chance with buying all four colors at once and will not hesitate to buying it again. No reason to spend twice as much from Samsung when these work with out any problems.

I like the fact that I can order 1 set and get everything I need for my Samsung all-in-one unit (copy, print, scan, fax).We always order this set. It arrives in good condition and the colors are vibrant. It lasts a long time for us. The price is right and with 2 day delivery you can't beat it.

With Covid-19 causing us to become home school parents we ran through ink very quickly. Bought these because they had the best rating for the best price. We have been very happy so far. My daughter loves all her new work sheets, art projects, and file folder games we've been able to create with these.

Halfway through using the cartridge the waste container started getting full roughly every other time I used my printer and it bled over, getting yellow toner dust on my [other brand] magenta cartridge and yellow toner dust all over the inside of my printer. I now have to clean out the entire inside of my printer before I can use it again as I’m getting yellow toner dust on everything that I try to print. I’ve never had this issue with [other brand] and will be going back to it. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

I have purchased these toners twice now and they have been great! The quality of the toners are very good. I can't see any difference from using OEM toners and these cost much less. I have not had any issues printing with these. They come shipped in good packaging and are easy to install as well.

I had a bit of a problem with the refills at first, but customer service was very prompt in returning my e-mails and I was able to fix it with their help. Thanks so much for providing such a great product! I will review again in a few months to see how long they last, but so far, so good!

I wasn't sure if the toner would produce the same quality as the Samsung cartridges that came with the printer but I was not disappointed. The quality is great and the price is even better!
