Saved my life after back fusion surgery. Stays comfortably secure walking around the house. I have even slept with it on❣️The frozen product softens and molds to the area you are wearing it on but stays cold for several hours…but not too cold to hurt my skin. Haven’t tried it hot yet but couldn’t do without it during my convalescence.
