Microwave safe
Just big enough for us if we have leftovers . My husband loves to microwave things in plastic ware, this at least helps with that situation! And so far, the lid has been able to stay in, no warping on the bowl.

My Beloved Vintage Cereal Bowls
I had one of these bowls left from the set I bought in 1993. After 25 years they became brittle and pieces cracked off the edges. Except for one of the colors. I don't know why?? Maybe 25 years of dishwasher heat was too much. When I saw them for sale again, in colors I liked, I bit the $$ bullet and ordered them. I LOVE these bowls. They're convenient for eating anything that's not hot. If I'm grabbing some cookies, salad, ice cream or chips, I also grab one of these bowls. They're great for more than cereal.

Quality
Tupperware has quality, useable for so many things and easy to clean! I have been using Tupperware for over 50 years, love it and actually have some pieces that have to be close to that that I’m still using!!!

The lids are hard to manage by kids, good for adults but not for kids lunch.
