Simple to use
Did help hubby's chest a bit alongside other meds.

Damaged and non-refundable.
Bought this as a gift for someone. The box was all damaged and ripped, and open with one of the steamers fallen out. Can’t even ask for a refund and it’s non-returnable. Based on other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Won’t be buying again !

Disappointing
I bought these as a little treat for myself to use for evening shower pamper sessions. The wrapping smelt lovely and strong. I put it in the shower and it slowly dissolved but nothing else - no release of the lavender smell. I tried it in and out of the main shower stream. Maybe mine was a faulty batch.

The packaging is damaged and not really suitable as a present as it looks used.

My best friend loved these, I bought all 3 scents, the eucolyptus is her favourite but they really worked. She said she will be buying more.
