How do we use two ps move controllers on one game like Beat Saber?

Plug the charger into the PlayStation press the ps button on the move controller, my son said he used a ps 3 charger because apparently that's the only one that will fit unless you got a charger with the move controller

If i buy two of these will they function on the PS4. One for each hand?

Yes I brought two for my son for exactly that reason

do you need to have 2 controllers, or is it 1 per person. tia.

You can play with just one but two are better.
